Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2024

 

At Las Vegas Colon Hydrotherapy, we strive to provide the best possible service and accommodate your scheduling needs. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all our clients, we have the following cancellation and refund policies in place.

Booking Cancellation Policy

 

  1. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the slot to other clients.

  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $35 of the service cost. This fee helps cover the loss of business due to short-notice cancellations.

  3. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Repeated no-shows may result in a request for prepayment for future appointments.

  4. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refund Policy

 

  1. Service Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all completed colon hydrotherapy sessions & other sessions are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out to our team, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

  2. Prepaid Packages: If you have purchased a package of sessions and need to cancel or discontinue, we will refund any unused sessions within 30 days of purchase, minus a processing fee of $50 of the total package cost. Alternatively, you may apply the balance toward other services.

  3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full charges still apply for shortened sessions due to late arrival, and refunds will not be provided.

  4. Special Offers and Discounts: Refunds will not be provided for sessions booked under special promotions or discounts. These sessions are the final sale.
